No - you should not be shot. Spelling mistakes are not punishable by death, just yet.
Although I think I read that Tony Blahhhhgggggg (Blair) is considering hanging those who smell sample wonds incorrectli.
I think the odd 'typo' adds a lot of fun to YA. Did you see that one from the girl asking if anyone was creating on their boyfriends? She meant cheating but it added hours of fun trying to discover what it took to 'create' all over your girlfriend.
I say lets make 'typo's compulsory. We should all 'Tatsed' sometimes. Life is kinda dull otherwise.

You have to remember that Yahoo answerers have an average age of about 12 (just look at all the requests for homework help) which means that being able to spell correctly is still a pretty big deal for them. Let them have their satisfaction. Your own ability to actually choose how to spell should more than reward you for having to suffer their merciless, childish ire.

You shoudl eb hsot. I can't spell either and I amd alwys being chastised about it. Okay, seriously, i can't spell. My mind goes faster than my fingers. I can not even think of spell checking ths one! Ha Ha! :)
