Yes. We just had one. Every election is a peaceful revolution. That is what elections are, a transference of power. Transference of power is a revolution. Amendment or abolition of the constitution is also possible through peaceful means. If you do resort to violence, you are a terrorist. Terrorists use violence to instigate political change.
However, the only justifiable violent revolution occurs after all peaceful measures are tried.

A military uprising would be considered terrorism. Starting a political party would not. Either way you have to build your power base, get funding, etc..... Revolutions take many forms. The most efficient way of starting a "revolution" would be to start with an idea and build a company out of it. Perfect example: Bill Gates.

In my state it is called a militia, like ethan allen, The GREEN MOUNTAIN BOYS, there is a militia for you. Back in the day it was not conciderd a terrorist group, why today is it called terrorist, because your acting wrongly, you defend what's right. Back in 1776 to 1778 we defended the state we live in from the french, Yes we have a right to start a militia without being looked at as being a terrorist, WHY DON"T YOU ASK THE PRESIDENT he started a war, is he a TERRORIST you bet your sweet AMERICAN *** he is.

That will depend on the tactics you adopt. And you will still go to prison for it if caught and convicted of any crimes.
Get politically active if you are not happy. We have a great system in this country for intelligent persons to try and effect changes in government and policy.

Maybe if there were enough people involved. But if it was only a small number of people then they would definitely be considered terrorists. Even if they weren't.

Revolution for what? You might want to go back to school first and learn to spell before you start a war.

As long as you don't start your revolution with violence. The pen is mightier then the sword!
