i have a friend whose name is see ah pei, which means dead old man in hokkien. and another one is lim tai jian, which means lim enunch.

I work with an elderly lady whose name is "Idea". She had 6 older brothers and when she was born and her father saw that they had a girl he said "what a good idea"! and the name stuck. She is 92 years old.

I was in the cab the other day and the cab driver was a Chinese guy called 'Tay See Men'. A little bit tricky if there's a typo error...semen.
