When you are depressed you don't get concentration. Likewise, when you are in concentration you don't get depression. In order to be free from depression, you have to cultivate the habit of meditation.Regular practise of meditation will give you peaceful mind and concentrate in your work.

I have answered this before, and I say, and I say it again and again.

The best remedy for depression is a long brisk walk.

Try it.

Have you seen a doctor.

If you are feeling sad, it is not a true depression, there are depression and there are some more, the best thing to determine it, is to have your blood tested, based on the test if there is a chemical or hormonal imbalance it can be eliminated. By taking those chemical or taking the things that increase the production of those substances in the body.

Talking to a friend or a doctor can also help a lot.

Breath, inhale deeply and exhale as slow as you can, making circles inside you when you inhale, like if the ir goes inside you makes a circle and goes up to go out by your mouth, then think how much you need the money from your work, and what else you can do with this money and have a little fun. Than God or in wehaterver you believe for having a job and health to do it, there are millions of people in the world that are starving because they do not have a job. so enjoyed it.

Be calm & mainly think about the job it self so u can mainly concentrate on the work.

when you are depressed, you need to relax , or else you cant concentrate on your work.
how you relax depends on you. you can listen to some soft music, you can talk to your friends, you can just sleep for sometime etc etc
its for you to decide what is the best among the above according to your prefernces.

Make room for yourself in your schedule. Take 10 minutes at lunch just to go outside and breathe. Or take a short walk.

when i am down in the dumps(literally just got dumped) i find it best to exercise before work and on my lunch break- some light cardio and light weight lifting works for me but sometimes a walk is nice too.

just start working and working hard ...involve ur selves completely in wat u are doing ...like if u are in depression and u have nothin much to do but give a book report ...then give the best report ever given on that book read the book...go thru internet...work hard to get better results...this will definetely help u get over the depression ...wat ever it is..
