They used to be called pro-abortion, some how that offended them, so it was changed to pro-choice for PC reasons. We wouldn't want to offend anybody.

Nobody is pro-death and everybody is pro-life. I have pro-life friends who are against the death penalty and they abhor the mentality of those conservative republicans who favor the death penalty while opposing abortions. They consider themselves the true pro-lifers. Pro-choice doesn't mean pro-abortion, it's giving the woman a choice to what she wants do. If she chooses adoption, to raise it, or have an abortion. Nobody immediately pushes for abortion, that's sick. That is why the term is pro-choice, is not about abortion but about the ability of choosing to have one. If pro-lifers were really against abortions then why do they favor it to save the woman's life? They are chosing the woman over the "baby", doesn't that go against their anti-abortion beliefs?

The truth is, if a woman is faced with the decision of having an abortion or not, most of the time, she wont have it. Being pro-choice has nothing to do with being pro-abortion, its about reserving the cosntitutional right for a woman to chose what she can do to her body. She would like the option, not that she will take it, but it is an infringement on constitutional rights to deprive her of a choice. To say "you have to be pregnant and have a child because it makes christians uncomfortable" is wrong. Its cruel, and if you cant see whats wrong with that, you need to seriously reconsider your philosophy.
So , no, we are not pro death, pro abortion or anti life.
We're pro freedom. Pro equality.
And i hate to tell you, with the pro life regime leaving the government, its not going to matter what any pro lifers think, sense and reason is creeping into american government, which will probably mean, no more pro life.

This is my definition of Pro Choice, I would imagine the same as most Pro Choicers:
Personally, I always prayed I would never have to be put in that position, While the thought of someone getting an abortion does not make me happy, it makes me sad actually, but what also makes me sad are unwanted, undesired, unwelcome babies born to mothers who should not be mothers, It is a very very tough position and I for one don’t think I have that right to make that decision for someone else, if this makes sense. Am I pro Abortion, NO, am I Pro Life, YES, ....Should I FORCE my will on woman being a man myself, NO!!! There for I can not choose for them, they have to choose, that’s where Pro Choice comes in

We are not pro-death to anyone or anything.
We only believe that the woman should have the choice and not be told what to do with her own body.
There are such things as 'accidents' when it comes to pregnancy. I haven't met anyone that goes out with sole intention of getting pregnant just to have an abortion. It's an unpleasant experience at best not to mention a little on the painful and humiliating side.
I've talked to women in the clinics and none of them went out of their way to get pregnant, as a matter of fact, most had gotten pregnant because of birth control failure.
An unwanted pregnancy brings on an unwanted child. Women are made to feel guilty if they give them up for adoption, people saying she 'shouldn't have played if she couldn't pay the price' and other such stupid comments and cold hearted remarks. It puts us under pressure to do 'the right thing' and keep the child even though we don't want it. That leads to resentment of the child and thus, child abuse. So it can and does connect to each other.
I applaud the woman that realizes her limits and what's best for her and her situation. She doesn't want the child, she gives it up for adoption and that's good. If all else fails, then abortion should be the last chance option.
I don't want women to have abortions, I think it's wrong, but I don't want them denied their choice either.

Pro lifers aare NOT pro life, they are 'anti-choice'. That's what you should call them, until they no longer support war or the death penalty. Most people who are pro choice do NOT have abortions, and don't belive they are a good CHOICE. But they don't think the government should legislate a woman's body. So they are pro choice.

No, moron. The idea is, either they let the woman make the descision, or let the government control the woman's body. There is no "oooh, you have a baby? Abort it, quick!" It's deeper than that. In fact, most people who are pro-choice for somebody else are pro-life for themselves; they've probably never had and will never have an abortion. That's the REAL mindset.

How about Pro-Torture for anyone who believes in partial birth abortions? And logically speaking, the answer to your question is yes.

"Only if you call "Pro-lifers" Pro-child-abusers."
WTF?
Really?
Let's see if I got this straight. Right for a child to live out his life...you are a child abuser. Right for a mother to kill her child...
Who the hell is teaching the crap?
