The better question is, what would PREVENT you from pursuing a law degree? Hey, anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself. If you want it, you can do it. You'll be 35-36 when you finish and still employable. So........get to it.

I am 29 and pursueing law and I jst finished my associates, my father in law was 40 when he finished, and he's very successful!

There is not limitation for age BUT there are requirements for attending in law school. The requirements are differed from each school but basically they are completing undergraduate school, taking LSAT...
