how does microsprocessor work in printer?

same way a microprocessor works in a pc. it is all 0's and 1's. It is what it does with the 0's and 1's that counts.

It allows the printer to accept raw data and process the info prior to printing. It speeds up printing and reduces demands on the host computer.
