Can I be refused entry to the USA because I have credit card debt from a previous visa? I didn't fill out a W2 for my final tax year either, could that stand against me?

If your intention is to cheat....my advice is to settle the debts,then you would not be penalize for it too.God bless!Do the right thing...Amen!

no a credit card debt wont affect your entry to America

It should'nt, not paying your debts and ending up with a CCJ is not very nice and it's illegal not the end of the world, it's not like you've murdered someone is it
