A question about the A-Team?

You remember B.A. was frightened of getting on airplanes, yeah? You remember they used to hypnotise him to get him on the planes, yeah? Well, why did they always make the "control" word that would de-hypnotise him rhyme with "plane"?

"Okay Face, he's under, get him on the plane."
"What's the control word?"
"Plain."
"You're an idiot Hannibal."
