I alternate between Full Tilt and Ulitmate bet depending on who has the best promotions and tournaments at the time. Right now they both have 100% deposit bonuses.

Depends where you live... and how much risk you want to take.
Stick to the 'big' poker rooms. There are lots of desperate offers out there from sites which may or may not be around for long enough to pay you out if you win significant money.
I'd stick to sites like Full Tilt, or Ultimate Bet. Unless you're prepared to risk $1000+ on a dodgy site, their bonuses of $600 or $650 are great value, the sites are reputable and they accept USA players.
If you are depositing a smaller amount of money, Doyle's Room is a much easier bonus to clear. You can find them all here:
