what I mean is, if a women doesn't know if she is pregnant,can this be a basis to know if she is really pregnant or not?..

You will have white discharge at anytime pregnant or not...a missed period is the first sign that you maybe pregnant.

white blood?? No such thing. It's a normal discharge for almost every woman. It happens even when not pregnant. It is not a good indicator of pregnancy. A missed period and a positive pregnancy test are the way to tell.

A white discharge you mean? No you cant tell if a woman is pregnant from that. Discharge wont tell you anything.

"white blood"=liquid discharge. (often murky and..ewwy)
in fact, ALL of us have white blood running through our body. it's our red blood cells that make the colour of our blood turn red..remember?
liquid discharge may come before and after yr period, during pregnancy as well.
