What next "putting out" for a happy meal?
Is he paying for sex or wanting to dine with you?
I dont care if the meal cost 5,000 bucks a plate, there should not be the EXPECTATION of sex as the dessert! That is up to you and no means no!

Of course he is not entitled to a refund. Taking a girl on a date is like going to the dog tracks you put money out there in hopes your dog will win the race if your dog does not you do not get your money back, so why should a guy on a date, but that is just my opinion so ya know

HELL NO!!
You're a co-worker/friend, and he chose to treat you to a nice dinner. Since you are not a prostitute, that does NOT entitle him to anything.
I do hope you told him "thanks for the nice dinner!" and gave him a big hug and a kiss on the cheek - he DOES deserve that!! - but, even if you didn't do that, he still isn't entitled to a refund
Your co-worker is a knucklehead and a pervert.
The next time he wants guaranteed sex, he should hire himself a hooker.

No way! Why in the world would you think you'd have to pay him now? Geeze girl, give yourself a pat on the back that you refused his advances! Way to go girl! Good for you.

That's hilarious!! What did he expect? You buy somebody dinner and they just go to bed with you? The poor boy has a lot of growing up to do.
