I love this person and he has a friend with a benfit and i dont kno how to get him to get rid of her for me...? am i bein selfish?

If he really loves you, he should do that for you, not you.
If you love him and him alone100%, but he loves you less than 100%, you need to work more to earn his love in full- that alone is the solution.
If you want to possess him and control him the way you want, which is not true love, you are working against getting his love.
If your love is one sided, you better find someone who loves you back without reservation.
Love between man and woman must be two ways and very exclusive- only the two and none else.
No love triangle is lovable or livable.

If the two of you are in a relationship then you should get rid of the both of them. But i do not get the impression that you are so yeah. If he gets rid of her are you going to give him what she has been giving him. If you are then make him kick her to the curb. If you are not then you are selfish.

He has a 'best friend with benefits'? That can be hard, cause they are friends... not just lovers.
What can you do? Tell him how you feel... it's risky, but much preferable to living in agonizing limbo. Good luck. I've been there... it had a happy ending... I 'got' him, but it didn't last. Life happens, eh?
