How can I perform the equivilent of a One Way ANOVA in excel rather than SPSS??

Use the Data Analysis option under the Tools menu. There are 3 ANOVA tools available including one-way.

If the Data Analysis option doesn't appear, make sure you have the analysis toolpack loaded (on the Tools menu, click Add-Ins and use the Analysis ToolPak checkbox)
