Good Q and great answers,,, I suspect all are in use, but still a great response.
Professional is kinda relative, to quality of your work. A HOOK, in the name is likely to get business faster than Johns Lawn Care,,,unless you're established enough, with a large enough client base, and reputation, with references and referrals, to not worry over a name.
I will give you a hint however.
Many people seeking the service, still use the yellow pages. In that context think "alphabetically" It may be not so original or even catchy, but I promise it works. Most people I know, never read so far as the "Z's" and usually stop before "C"
What might be as important,,, or more,,, is a catch phrase... I give you an example I use in some answers. Hokey maybe ,but in my case true.
"Long ago Farmer,,, Still "Diggin" it."

Try using your Name(first or Last) plus the words Lawn Service or Lawn Care such as John's Lawn Service or
Try using the name of your town or area plus those words.
