My guess is a couple of things are going on. You bunny probably misses the piggie even though they fought as it was companionship for him. Bunnies are very social and like company. this might be the time for you to spend more time with him. The not eating worries me as it could just be depression over missing the piggie, or it could be more serious. Bunnies that don't eat for 12 hours is a problem and if it goes to 24 hours it is a crisis. See this article for some ideas on why your bunny might have stopped eating and what you can do:

Some of the other behaviors might be related to his growing up. As rabbits mature theire hormones will start to rage and your guy sounds like he is exhibiting some of that behavior. Sounds like it is time to get him neutered. There are very good reasons to get your bunny neutered. For males it isn't so much for health as it is for his well being. Poor little thing will want sex all the time, which can be very frustrating. Once he is neutered you can consider adopting a bunny friend (spayed female probably the best match) for companionship.
See here for articles on neutering and spaying:

I've included links below that are very helpful and through them you can also find a rabbit savvy vet for his neuter.

That's one reason why I say it is not a good idea to keep two rabbits together, although in this case it was a bunny and a guinea pig. Which of the two animals did you move? And how is your bunny trashing his pen? Is your bunny showing any other signs other than it is barely eating? The bite mark on the guinea pig was due to the two fighting or the bunny trying to breed the guinea pig. Any change to a rabbit's environment can cause stress to the rabbit causing it to go off feed. That's why I tell people to keep how they feed their rabbit, when they feed their rabbit, and what they feed their rabbit consistent.
You may want to look to see if your rabbit is showing any signs of diahrrea. If your rabbit continues not to eat properly after a day or two I suggest taking your rabbit to the vet because your rabbit may be sick with something. There is no way of telling what might be the cause if your rabbit is sick with as few of details as you provided. It could be moving it, or it could be something totally unrelated to that.
If you have your rabbit side by side so it can see the guinea pig, it may be trying to fight the guinea pig through the wire. In that case, I would recommend putting a solid divider between the two so they can't see each other or moving the rabbit or guinea pig to a cage that is at least a couple feet away.
The rabbit doesn't need to be neutered it just needs handled and cared for properly. There are really no good reasons to justify neutering a rabbit .

Bunnies need lots of attention and social stimulation to keep them healthy. How would you like it if you were all alone all day and then you're one friend was taken away from you? Maybe your rabbit and guinea pig just had a fight or something. How long had they been living peacefully together before this happened? Try spending more alone time with your bunny to bond with him and show him that you still love him very much and value him. It is not a good idea to let your guinea pig and bunny have alone time without supervision because as you can see your guinea pig is in danger. Depending on how they get along in the next few days, you may or may not want to reintroduce them to eachother. But do it slowely, and always keep a close eye on them. Rabbits and guinea pigs probably will never be best friends, so if your rabbit is still lonely, you want to think about getting another rabbit. Good luck!

I'm assuming you handle the guinea pigs as well as the rabbit. Rabbits and guinea pigs do not get along as you have discovered. The rabbit, in essence, IS jealous of the gp's. It IS throwing tantrums. As long as he can smell the gp's nearby or on you, he ISN'T going to be very sociable. And the only thing that will help is to either get rid of the gp's or wait until he gets over it. It can take quite some time.

Yeah he needs to be neutered and he'll be much, much happier. Afterwards you should consider getting him a spayed female for companionship.
