Many of your questions seem to relate to biochemical/medical topics. When you pose a question in physics it is usually so very vague that it is unintelligible or is no question at all. Why not think about what you really want to know then describe that as best you can; otherwise you will get very few helpful answers.

If you are interested in physiological uses of microwaves then references to resources describing their absorbtion in water and fat may be of interest or papers describing the possible advantages and hazards of employing microwaves for localised deep tissue heating.

If you are interested in designing better tin-foil hats and other items to protect people from the hazards of microwaves then it would be a really good idea to find out what microwaves actually are first.

Of course they reflect that's the principle behind radar. All you need is a conductive surface and they'll reflect.
