something may be stuck in side the vacuum inlet hole, somewhere in there, try a coat-hanger & check every hole U can stick it in.

It is possible that the bristles/brush in the power nossle is full of hair and not turning. Turn the vacuum upside down and look at the brush that should turn when you vacuum. If it is full of hair and string, use a scizzors to cut it and pull it all out until the brush is free of all the string and hair, etc...

I got tired of "fixing" mine and retired it. We found a Dyson for about 360 usd and I am extremely satisfied with it's power and suction.

check to make sure the bag in on correctly, (too full?)
if there is a service tube - that it is clear
look underneath to see that the intake is clear -
sounds like you got a sock - or something like that blocking the flow

Check to see if something has clogged it. I find that even a ball of kleenex can clog a vac.

Other than blockage, the pipework, or the gasket may be loose, check for air leakage.

well your problem happens to me on a weekly basis your hose is clogged or the hole under your rollers are clogged
