do i really have to wait and see if my period comes before i can do a pregnancy. my last period was 21st october. i have been having sex every other day since my last period.

you really shouldnt do sex evry other day after your period ends. it tires out both parties..

It sounds really silly but when I first started trying I wanted to do a test all the time! Literally if I bought a packet of 2 id do one then the other just to check it was the same!!!
Wait till your periods due if irregular or just after if not and your late ...you can actually buy tests now that can be done upto 4days before your period is due .

Lots of tests now allow you to test up to 4 days before your period is due, but they are only about 50% accurate at that stage. I tried an early one and got a negative result even though I was pregnant.

well it doesnt hurt to do pregnancy tests early.. if you want too
but some tests dont pick up small HCG signs - HCG is the hormone that tells your body your pregnant...
I would test and keep testing until your period arrives if you really want too...
Sometimes your hormone levels of HCG can be really high and therefore the pregancy test will pick up the positive results almost from day 1....
You will never get a false positive reading so if the test says positive you are pregnant.. but you can get a false negative reading so if the test says negative and you dont get your period test again because you might be pregnant but low HCG levels showed a negative reading when you did the test...

Go to peeonastick.com to see which tests are the most sensitive. I would still wait two days if I were though, because the 18th to the 19th should be your next period, so the 17th would be a good time to test with a good hpt.

You will show a positive result 2 weeks after you have conceived hun. Don't be hasty because you may show a negative and then get upset.....although you might actually be pregnant!
Wait for your period or at least when your due on!

you can get a pregnancy test to tell you 3 days before your period was due. ive counted up yuor days and your 26days are your periods normally 28-30days. go 3 days befor your due them and get the test and see what happens.

No you don't have to wait for your period.....go to Boots or Superdrug and they sell tests that can tell you whether your pregnant from as little as four days after conception....they are more expensive but they are good and very accurate

a couple days before your due period should still show on an early detection test

basically you should wait after your expected period date but to know ealier than this , you could use a home test that i know of, it could detect even a 6 day old pregnancy. its called easy conception home kit.
