They believe in letting you do whatever you want as long as you not harming anyone else.
You can basically do anything there.

I would agree. Holland is in the top 10. Scandinavian countries are up there along with the rest of Western Europe. All way before the "Land of the Free" (what a myth).

probably a country I've never heard of or know very little about. If they stay out of the media 'limelight' they have a fighting chance to remain the way they are.
