If you were responsible for running an inter-governmental agency which had the job of managing the global economy, what policies would you be advocate to provide environmental stability and prevent climate change? How would your policies work in rich and developing countries!How would they be enfored?

Well, you can't control the nature climate changes, but we can all have an impact on global warming, pollution, etc. If the government would advocate $1 of every $50 invested in technology stocks to fund some up and coming companies to work on say hydro-electric or solar vehicles, these companies would come up with the new wave very quickly, thus reducing the impact of smog, and general pollution. It would also drastically cut down on our consumption of oil form terror prone states. This would also create more jobs within our own national borders.

Make the americans have smaller cars and get them to stop being quite so consumptive of EVERYTHING and ANYTHING.
