we have agreed to buy small presents for each other. he is not very materialistic and doesn't like gagets. his passion is music but he already has a husge collection. i tried to get tickets to see his favourite band but they don't have any gigs coming up. he doesn't want an ipod or similar.

My boyfriend is exactly the same but not the sort you would by music for!!

So i got him an england cricket shirt, he loves cricket! Some socks, his are full of holes, some boxers and some aftershave!!

Like women a man can never have to many clothes, you could just give him a gift voucher for his favourite shop!!

try to do some handicraft art, like painting a picture, writing a poem...or make a cd with the music that you are both 'connected' with.
my bf is the kind of guy who has everything and he is the happiest guy if he see's that i put some time into making something instead of just going out to buy something

How about a signed photo of his favourite band? A trawl through ebay might turn up something.

From experience, men like you to do the same things that you want them to do - book a city hotel for the weekend in the New Year - you can go shopping - and he can enjoy the food, drink...etc

You don't need to buy any presence if he don't like it, just to be with him on Christmas day will be one of the best gift ever.

get an a-z map and ask him to randomly pick out a page, then you have to get a really cheap hotel and stay there for the night!
