hurt, hopeless, betrayed, the list could go on. It is crushing that someone you share your heart with can keep things from you.

some points of good advice on spotting when a person is lying to you:
1. No eye contact. His eyes will look away. If the room has a means of egress - that's where they'll look.
2. Crossing of arms and/or legs (a protective instinct).
3. The pupils of the eyes will narrow. Lying is stressful.
4. Hands on the face, especially the mouth. They are "covering" the lie.
5. Talking fast. A liar wants to get it over with.
6. Sometimes the head will nod a "no" when answering a "yes" question or visa versa. This is a subconcious movement.
7. Mispronouncing the words or mumbling. A liar kinda thinks he is not lying when he pronounces words incorrectly or mumbles.
8. Overstated friendliness/laughing. He wants you to believe and he wants you to like him so you will believe him

Betrayal is not even the word to described it. Thats one of the worst things that can happen between two "close" people. I'll feel so much hurt

Very dissapointed... this is why you must depend only on yourself.
Each one of us is lonely here on this planet. Some people cant even trust themselves and this is worst. You must be strong and be honest with yourself. You must wish everything best to yourself. You must like yourself then you can help others. But remeber to be independent. More independent you are more help you can give to others and you remain safe. Always remember that what ever people tell you it doesnt always have to be true. We are just humans and we all tend to lie and cheat and nobody can change it but we can be honest with ourselfs and its very important. Never lie to yourself but think how to protect yourself from being hurted. Dont let yourself to be naive. Be your best friend.

It all depends on what they are keeping from me. If it is something that might hurt me ,I would be mad but not that mad. If they were straight out lying to me I would take a look at our friendship.

It really depends on what they aren't telling you.Sometimes we don't tell our partners everything so that they don't get hurt,to protect them.If they are that close to you, ask them to be honest with you,but be prepared incase the things they say aren't relly what you wanted to hear.Take Care!! xx

Makes me feel like poo but hey what do men care about our feelings. They only seem to care about themselves. i have began to realise that someone that can lie to you and hide things from you are just not worth bothering about no matter how much you care about them etc...
