I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I was just wondering how far can I go.

If you can sue tobacco companies, can I sue for example U. S. soldiers for bringing ragweed to Europe causing a huge wave of allergy? Or can I sue God (or His legal representatives) for making me born to a particular country, which would be discrimination?

No and No. There would be no jurisdiction over a U.S. soldier(s) for your ragweed, and many, MANY people have tried to sue God. (See, for example: http://www.alphalinux.org/archives/axp-list/March1999/0865.html)
When I was a law clerk for a federal judge, we'd get those kinds of lawsuits every once in a while.

No jurisdictiction over Him either.

Tobacco companies are different because they knowingly put into the stream of commerce a product that was extremely harmful to everyday people (the only real product that, when used as directed, will kill you.) They also lied about how addictive the product was, and they added chemicals to make it more addictive. It's one thing to sell an unsafe product with fair warning; it's another to consciously make that product MORE unsafe for profit.

In civil cases, you want to sue that thing or person with the money.

You could sue God for making you a moron. I'd be willing to testify on your behalf.

If you can sue McDonald's for making you fat because you're so goddamn stupid that you don't know when to stop, then you can sue anyone for anything. Go for it.

I don't think you're going to be able to get jurisdiction over God. He's pretty hard to get legal service on. Believe it or not, that's actually been tried before. Satan, too, has been sued. Both failed for inability to effect proper service.
