I think we would still die nevertheless.
You also have to note that they are a lot of people in the world that can't handle certain information. The title means a lot. It should be clear to the point and with some sort of force to it but... not cause unwanted chaos or alarm.
People can be quite taken on by words rather than facts. Remember how the stocks plummeted when the discovered Dolly (the clone sheep) had arthritis..
People have got to sharpen themshelves too. Not just the politicans. Gotta know your facts and act on it.

Everywhere mankind treads there is littering and abuse, just look at how we are now littering space with our bits of tin cans and spent fuel, we are all going to die anyway, it's just a case of how much we accelerate that and the legacy we pass down. Humankind is known for it's need to populate and regenerate, not too dissimilar from lesser known organisms on a Petra plate. I think it's going to take a major catastrophe or near wipe out for all our philosophies to be rewritten and re-thought, perhaps this time around with a view to respecting and nurturing our surroundings...just a thought.

You're in a seriousish mood today. Anyhoo, no, I don't think it would make a blind bit of difference.
I generally think giving something a blanket-title actually takes away the impact of it. Like, "human rights", "anti-social", "terrorism", "WMD" and the like. Once you give something a buzz word, it immediately gets used in the wrong context. Also, it gets used so often that people just stop registering it altogether.

No, I don't think it would make any difference. Look what the Surgeon General's warning has done for cigarettes ... absolutely nothing!
People would have to actually care about the issue personally before they pay any attention to it, let alone act on it.

No. People don't pay attention to anything unless it directly affects them.
Or if somehow they can interfere and or inconvenience someone else. You know the type.

I think people are like ostrich's with their heads in the sand, we never really pay much attention to anything unless it effects right at the moment in our life's.. But maybe your idea would work..
