Im currently taking Bontril SR which is a energy booster, weight loss product. I've only been on it for a month and have lost over 10 pounds already. So needless to say, I love what it is doing for my body. BUT! When it comes night time and my eyes are feeling heavy and Im dead tired.. I still cant get to sleep. My mind is racing a mile a minute and that's keeping me from falling asleep. What are some methods you know to work when it comes to making your mind slow down enough to fall asleep? I need advice quick as it is 2:00 am here and Im REALLY REALLY tired!

Meditation helps. If you have time after tonight, look into it. I'll provide a very simple and common sleepy meditation here.

As you lie down, focus on your body. Focus first on the hands, then the legs, then the head, and on all of the parts of your body, just feeling them. When you finish getting familiar with your body, start again at your head. Focus on your head and neck, feel the muscles there. After you get a firm grasp on how they feel, know that they are probably tense. Start to relax all of your muscles, one by one. Then move down to your chest. Relax all of your muscles on the front side of your body, and then start on the back. Then the arms, keeping everything relaxed that you've already gone over. Then move down to your butt, and your legs. Sometimes I have to contract a muscle briefly to make sure it's relaxed.

Either way, if you feel like your thoughts are racing, this will give you something to focus on and maybe you will accidentally fall asleep, as sometimes happens to me.

there's either caffeine or some kind of upper in those products. You don't want to start taking something else to try and counteract it, you should really stop taking that stuff.
