Since you put this question under business, strength is whatever you need to be successful in a job and weakness is what your boss fails to see in you that would make him think you are good. Anything can be a strength but what cannot be noted by management is a weakness. Ie, your creativity or dedication or determination or whatever only count when it makes an impression. Hard but true

a strength is something that you are exceptionally good at. A weakness is a skill that you are not very good at or need more practice with. no one is perfect at every thing
