If you want one on your PC then there is one in Programs, Accessories. If you want one on the Web, so you can see it from any computer, then all Mail suppliers have a Contact list which you can edit, add names, addresses, phone numbers etc. I have a Yahoo mail account and when I log in there is a Contact tab for this.
