You can connect if you have the right SSID and channel. Sometimes you need to check to see if the WEP setting is correct. Maybe you signal strength is not strong enough....move closer to your AP.

BTW, try use HEX for WEP. I encounter problem with ASCII sometimes.

Not quite enough information, but usually this means that your computer is connected wirelessly to your router, but the router doesn't actually have an active connection to the internet. So you're connected to something (the router) but your browser can't find the web pages you're looking for because the router isn't getting anything from your ISP.
