There's a street called "Ralphs Wifes Lane" in Banks, Southport, Lancashire (UK)...

Who was Ralph? And what did his wife do that was good enough to get a street named after her? But was NOT good enough for them to use her own name???

St Peters Close - Next to my local church. Letsby Avenue - the old police station used to be on this road "up North" I also seem to remember a Cockshooters Hill in London.
My wife hates a local road name - Butts Close.
