My one month old today got checkup and her weight is now 4.3 kg from 3.5 kg birth weight. Does anyone know if this is right weight gain. And also tell me how much is this weight in pounds.

yes thats Normal my son is 2 months old and he weighs about nearly 6kg, i have a baby book here with the average baby weighs and your baby is Normal. your baby would be about 10.5 pounds .. don't stress your baby is growing fine.. :)

goodness...10.5 pounds....that's perfect. The bigger the baby at birth the less of a gain they have at the beginning months after they're born.

my nephew was born about 2kg3, when he was one month year old was 3k6.
next meek my niece was born 3kg3 ang my mother said when she will be one moth year old she'll be about 4k5 to 5kg
i think when a baby in month u can add his or her weight 1kg to 2 kg. thats normal
i think u were a very very big baby
