I work for ADT! I go door to door looking for afew people in different neighborhoods who will put our security system sign in their yard to advertise and tell their friends about our system then we give them the top of the line security equipment at no cost to them and get paid really well doing it!

I am an intergenerational mentor in a high school, dealing with children in year 7 who find the transition from primary to secondary rather daunting. I am 71, widowed, and work 5 days a week ... without pay! Actually, I DO get paid. The satisfaction and feedback from the kids is a greater reward than any monetary income. I love what I do and wish I'd done it years ago. I know that you have to earn to "pay Tesco's", but the point I'm making is to go for a career that you enjoy and look forward to doing. Money is important, but is not the be-all and end-all.
There are many paid mentoring jobs. Strongly recommended if pure teaching is not your forte. Go for it and good luck!

I was in the Real Estate business, but retired now. You must get a Real Estate license, and pass a test. Good luck. There is a lot of money in it, but a lot of hard work too. If you are trying to decide what to take in college, I would major in business, because you can use that almost anywhere.

I work as an under cover alien. You may of herad of me on the news in the past. Not very good at it tho. My air craft has been seen a few times. Got the sack. So instead i'm sitting here writing rubbish in this little box for you to think i'm stupid.

I'm a site foreman who spends all day on my PC and gets decent wages. Its a job for both men and women. Reading drawings, going out on site, having a laugh. I enjoy it. But at the end of the day its your decsion. Decide on what you was good at at school or a hobby that your good at and expand on that. Thaeres a job for everything in this world. Theres probably a job who finds people jobs who finds them a job!

Im confused now

GOOD LUCK

Go to some job sites and check out the job descriptions!

Or go to the careers office or library... don't ask others to do your dirty work.

At the end of the day, it is your life, and it is ultimately your decision as to what you want to do with your life and how you want to lead it...

Maybe a bit of travelling round the world to start off with and some bar jobs or cleaning jobs to supplement the journery

Then you can consider what to do when you get back.

Good luck

I am a Tow truck driver. it's pretty good money and a lot of hours. It takes little education. It can be hard on your body after a while if you don't do it right. Personally i don't think i'll do it for a living but it is good money and it's paying for college. Also it's kinda fun being "the girl" cuz most tow truck drivers are men

I'm a high school Spanish teacher, but I do more than just teach Spanish.

You have to do something you love, because otherwise, even if you're getting a paycheck, you'll be miserable. It really sucks to get up in the morning to go to a job you despise.

Good luck!

Teaching overseas for one year it broadens your communication skills and you get the chance to pick up on another foreign language. Employers won't think you've been in one type of work for too long and are hence difficult to retrain etc.It depends on what you know potential employers would like you to have in terms of skills etc.
