Managers have that position because an organisation assigns them that role. Leadership is a skill, which some people have naturally, and needs no organisation. Managers need leadership skills, whereas not all leaders (whether natural leaders or otherwise) are necessarily managers.

a manager can be a leader but a leader cannot be a manager..
a manager is someone who can bear the reponsibilities to handle watever is happening in their department and solve also settle any problems... a leader is those who lead a gang or a team towards achieving success... they have the leadership to get others agreement and willing to be lead under that person

Manager is just position... maybe u can be manager but u can be leader.. coz leader is a person who can control the team by his idead or his character...so leader can be manager while manager can be leader or not
