About 24 oz of milk is required. The trick is to put the milk (whether cow's milk or formula) in a 24 oz container every morning. When you give your baby milk or any food that requires milk to make, take it from that container. If you can finish that container by the end of the day, that maens she has had enough. It's also okay to go below or above 24 oz, give or take a few ounces.

You want to stop the bottle not the milk. Slack the bottles off to just nap and bed time for about a week, then give it just at bed time for another week or so. Start giving a sippy cup with meals and any other time the child is thirsty. My 9 yr old son can drink a gallon of milk a day. She needs the milk for her bones and teeth... They make sippy cups that have a soft spout... good luck

A one year old should be eating solid foods by now but she is always going to need milk. Despite what experts 'think' a bottle at night is still a good way to soothe and helps with sleep. My kids were 17 months old before they didn't want bottles anymore.
Offer a covered baby cup of milk to her at least 3 times a day, she is still growing, if you took milk away entirely it wouldn't be good for her bones.

because of the fact of her age, she will understand alot. you will desire to tell her that to any extent further there is mattress time milk and then after her huge nights sleep she will have morning milk yet there is not any milk for nighttime time anymore. As with different solutions, confident get rid of the bottles. I did it at age 4 with my first so I even have been in direction of the painful first few nights whilst the toddler adjusts to a sparkling recurring. those drinks would be in a cup, a typical caup, only put in an exceptionally small volume so spills reason in effortless terms a small sparkling up. possibly she has different drinks from a cup besides, so possibly she's fairly beneficial in coping with a cup. She wont rather choose milk at nighttime for any nutritional reason, so do no longer subject approximately that. possibly have a reward chart the place you may draw a smiley face in the morning for her having a stable nighttime of staying in mattress (no longer getting up for any refrigerator exploration missions) and rather compliment her for being a huge woman and all the flaws she's doing which you Do choose her to do. stable success :)

Don't wean her off milk. She's only 1 year.
I have 6 years old son who still drinks milk, I think he drinks about 600 ml of milk a day. My youngest child, 1 and half year old drinks about the same amount of breast milk and formula beside eating 3 times solid meals and fruits a day.
Milk is good for her. Let her have as much as she wants.
