where can I find xmas decorations that are bigger than the norm 4 home - want for office.?

Our Office decorations are really tired. Want to spruce up the office with some nice big ones, like you see in Hotels etc - where can I get these from?

A lot of the hotels decorations are done by contractors that specialize in making christmas decors. The hotel itself doesn't buy it off the shelves.
