if you want something more specialise, search for Brathay lodge, near Ambleside in the Lakes District. They do team stuff and individual, covering all parts of development.

try the local phone book....i take my staff to a go carting circuit...we have qualifying races and semi final and final...what a great day out...builds up team spirit and keeps em happy
