4-5 weeks plus some bank holidays. I very much doubt you can negotiate how many days you can have though. Most companies have it written into the contract how many days you will get. Plus most offer incentives ie the longer you are with the company the more days you get eg every 5 years or so you will be given an extra day and my company offer something called flavours where you can get an extra days pay per month or 6 days extra hols and 6 days pay, its just something to keep people in the door

It varies greatly. You ususlly start with 20 days plus bank holidays and this may increase with your length of service. I currently get 33. It would depend on how you came into the job I would imagine, as to whether you could negotiate. If you've been head-hunted i.e the company have chased you to work for them, it may be easier to get a little more than the norm. Good luck

It's usually around 20 days plus 8 bank holidays. Some companies have schemes whereby they increase the holiday entitlement when you have worked for them for a certain number of years, or when you reach a certain job grade. The highest I've heard of is 30 days, but this is very rare!

I believe the legal minimum is 4 weeks, with some companies adding Bank Holidays, some not. Depending on your length of employment with the company, you could get up to 6 weeks.

4 weeks, you could try to negotiate but it might not work, some companies are shut bank holidays so staff are off sometimes they take this from your holiday entitlement.
