like i need a definition thats not tooo hard for me to understand....im only 12na half years old!!!

Unstressed vowels are vowel sounds in words with more than one syllable that are in the unstressed part of the word. Unstressed vowels sound like "short u" (up), short "e" (let), short "a"(at) or "short i"(it), but they aren't spoken with any stress.
