Like ears with an "s".

I usually pronounce it like in most of the answers mensioned earlier, like "ears" with an "s" at the beginning. But, I heard Dr Travis Stork on The Doctors show pronounce it a kittle bit differently. He did that but with an "sh" sound instead of the "s", which sounded like "shears". He was recommending another doctor to his audience.
