Going to London from Canada in December to see George Michael perform at Wembley Arena. The last time I went it was 15 yrs ago and I was 18. I am worried about travelling alone. How will I be able to afford a hotel if I am not splitting the cost with anyone? Also worried about the latest threats. Youth hostels aren't an option for me so I want to find a cheap but safe hotel. Also what will I do there alone? Does anyone want to share a hotel room so the costs would be cheaper? I am going for a week. Have tickets to 2 concerts and plan to find tickets to a 3rd show when I am there. I have been to London before, as I said, and that time was by myself too but I found it really lonely. Plus, right now the only way I can afford the trip is if I find a cheap hotel or can split a double occupancy room with someone! Any advice? Thank you so much.
