My Outlook mail program does not filter the junk mail anymore letting all the junk mail get into my inbox.?

The program itself is not responding to the settings on the junk mail opion settings. It's like someone has taken over my Outlook mail program.

I bet, it is not someone has taken down your outlook, instead of your computer has been taken down by a malware or virus.

Please backup your inbox.pst first and re-install the office program (repair). Hope will do.
