Fortunately for some, unfortunately for most, Lolicon is not illegal and is open for your viewing pleasure in the US. I myself collect hentai, but I refuse to touch Lolicon for personal reasons. The youngest girl in my hentai collection is 14, but in the anime domain 14 is the bare minimum of legal age. Lolicon resides at 13 and younger.

no, at least not yet.
once i got caught when i was opening a few of olicon site at my office's computer, my boss knew it but he didnt do anything- perhaps the place where i worked didnt have the laws about lolicon, i dont know about other places. lol
