awesome gift, but you should take her to the mall and make the bear together and let her put in the little heart. that's what makes it special. Gift certificates are always nice, but then she'll know exactly how much you spent and I personally don't think you need to spend a lot for a first christmas. Plus you're both young and I'm assuming your not super rich (but good for you if you are). So another option is to pick out a gift that has sentimental value, is thoughtful, but won't break the bank. She won't know exactly what you spent and that won't be the point anyway.

I think the fun of Build a Bear is for her to pick it out and build it herself. Take her there to do that. Don't spend too much on her. The best gift I ever got (not that I don't like expensive things...cause I do but..) was when my husband bought a small gift and made a card for me. It was not on our wedding anniversary...but the anniversary of the day we met...which I had long forgotten...The card read "20 years ago today my life began." I knew it was from the heart.. So whatever you give...regardless of price...make sure it is from the heart.

don't over do it, give her something sentimental. the bear is an excellent idea. if you two are like those i love you after only 6 mo, kiss kiss couples, (no offense!) then it will be esp. nice that there are hearts to place in the bear. maybe you could do it together (not on the day itself, dear god the crowds) and place two hearts inside. :D maybe a romantic dinner for two on christmas. ;p

If you know to the month how long you have been going out with your girlfriend, you are already striding ahead in the relationship stakes. Giving her sweet gifts will only cement your position as boyfriend of the year.

3. with the aid of fact i'm harsh and can't stand the nonetheless of disfiguring suited roses. In all honesty, roses are suited plant existence and if searching for the tricks disfigured the buds, I probable does no longer even worry till the plant existence have been ineffective. additionally some metals corrode (are broken) if soaked in water for a protracted volume of time so if it took her a protracted time to seek for her present, it ought to completely be ruined via the time she chanced on it. frequent, your theory seems candy, messy, and not ok theory out. additionally, drawing close so good can rather freak people out interior the beginning up of the courting. while my boyfriend (of over a year) writes me little notes, i think of its candy. If he have been to purchase me roses (twelve on the main), i could like it. If he have been to try this theory, i could think of it grew to become into lovable that he tried, scold him for ruining the amazing thing approximately my roses, and have him fish out the trinket earlier it wound up ruined. although, each and every physique has a diverse selection.

that's nice... but don't you have other options? i mean you can do more than that, you can think of more sweet siituation or more romantic gift than a bear! girls like gifts but they just don't say it straight to a guy that they hate bears, teddy bears are like the national gifts of all people to their love... how bout some bracelets that has your name in it... thats sweeter... i mean the bracelet doesn't have to be expensive.... be more imaginative!!!

It is perfect. Not only something from your heart with a heart and she gets to go shopping. Best of both worlds kind of thing. I am 25 and i would love it if my husband did that.
