I would like to convey to my wife what I like and what not in her, something more like a "wishlist". What would be the best way to do it? Would somebody have a template that I could use? I would like this to be non-offensive and honest.... :)

Simple talk to her in your conversation slowly and gradually tell her what you like and what you dont......... i the same way ask her what she like about you, coz she should not feel that you only think about yourself........ a wish list is a very bad idea dont think of such things

Whoa, dude, you can be non-offensive or honest, but not both. Presumably you married your wife with all her good and not-so-good characteristics already in place, so it seems a bit unfair to pick on the things that you don't like at this late date. Keep your thoughts to yourself and be grateful that she married you - after all, I'm sure you probably have some less-than-lovely characteristics too.
