Go to tools ... Internet option ... security ;;; and set it to medium. Then go to privacy and set it do default! Also you can open your security program, click help and see if you can set your security program to do it for you.

About 300 degrees, but keep your eye on them they might burn. Take them out of the oven when golden brown.
