I've heard this before, but is it an "old wives tale"?
I've also heard it may be one of the first signs of pregnancy.
I have been drinking a lot of coffee lately, though.
Either way I'm worried!

I was told by my doctor that too much caffeine can cause cysts to form in the breasts (nothing cancerous, but they could cause tenderness). However, you have to have a very large intake over a very long time for this to happen. Some women also have tenderness during ovulation or right before ther period. If could also be from working out too strenously (especially any cardio that has a lot of up and down movements, or any weights using the arms and pecs). If it's something you've never felt before, gets worse in a day, or lasts longer than 2-3 days, you should probably go see your doctor just to be on the safe side.

I have recently just tried Herbal Grobust. I hope I will be growing more every day.
