Depends on what I've Signed up for ... or what group of food my Last Name is assigned to. (I Can assure you that as a Single Parent that I lost a LOT of sleep just making the items PRIOR to the event)
Most of the time -- it is either a Salad, a Veggie Dish, Fresh Fruit Bowl, Dessert, ... or on the rare occasion -- I've made a couple of Turkeys for the event.

I show off a little and make something wonderful like Albondiga soup or Chicken a l' orange (sp?). If I can't make something wonderful, then I will bring the sodas.

Whatever you bring, bring it with love and a smile, and you can't go wrong. (of preferably something useful, like bringing a radiator to church probably isn't that great...but hey you never know).
