You mean, does the e46 M3 bumper cover fit the e46 330 or 325ci? No. The M3 wheelwells are flared. You'd need M3 quarter panels as well (the trunk is the same). The M3 bumper cross member is also different (carbon fiber), so there may be mounting issues also.

yes but if you install just the rear bumper and not the whole kit the car would look ugly . or you want just to look at it from behind

No. M3's have "wide body" whereas regular coupes do not.
