I was really disappointed with the third movie because of what they changed and left out. But I thought they did a good job with the fourth one. There were a lot of things left out, but none of them were really vital. Although there were some I was really looking forward to seeing, like the Ton Tongue Toffees. I am anxious to see what they do with this one. Especially since I have read that they are leaving Dobby out of the movie again, and he play a decent size role in the book giving Harry some important info. And from everything I have read they there will be no Mundungus Fletcher, and just when I was starting to get over them leaving Peeves out of the movies. I thought the book was really well done because there wasn't a lot of review of the previous books and there wasn't a lot of silly story (Like S.P.E.W). I think that if they do it right they can make a really good movie without having to leave out a chunk of the story. I wouldn't be surprised if this one is close to 3 hrs. In fact I would rather that because then they wouldn't have to leave out as much.

NONE of the first 4 movies ever did the books justice -- and were FRUSTRATING to the extreme to watch -- especially AFTER reading the books.
SO ... I don't expect the Harry Potter 5 Movie to do the book justice at all.

OK to THE JENSTER, gurl you nailed it. I was highly disappointed with the movies. The 3rd book is my absolute favorite and the movie just killed it. In the movie they did not develop the relationship between Harry and Sirius like it is in the book. So when that important event happens in the 5th movie i dont think people are really going to care that much. I would rather the movie be 5 hours long than 2 hours and leave most everything out. I dont even really like Dobby that much but their leaving him out, and he plays a big role. And i hear that they might not even do the 'Room of Requirement'=( They have just F****d up the whole HP experience for me.

OH HELL NO!
You've seen the 4th one, right? It was horrible, they left out so many elements of the book, especially one that connects the 4th and 5th book, I think it may be a disaster.
I'm seeing it anyway so I can critique on it. No way can they fit that big of a novel in a 2 hour movie. No. Effing. Way.

Well the director already said he had to cut 45 minutes out so far and will have to cut more before release. I say just make it long and good. I don't mind if it's 4 hours long!
