I have constructed a site via Yahoo site builder and the name appears as 'Template' when I look for it on the web, although the site domain name is correct. Obviously I want to give my site its correct title! I cannot find anything within the sitebuilder programme that points to what I have done wrong.

Yahoo sitebuilder is not the best thing to try. You should have used some html editors like Dreamweaver, frontpage, firstpage(free),NVU(free) etc. Or, use angelfire.

But the answer to your questions is:
In the htmls code, write the tile of your page within the title tag which is: Write your title here

In the header in the code, you should have a section that looks like:
Template

Change Template to what you want the name to be.
